Car park at the pool

The grass area of the car park has been temporarily closed for reasons of Health & Safety. While the parking mats have prolonged the lifespan and use of this area, currently it remains unsafe for vulnerable people to use.
At Peterborough City Council, we are looking into cost-effective ways of obtaining aggregate for the site, but until there is an affordable and viable option, our position is that there will be no capital expenditure made unless it is a critical spend (e.g. the pool boiler were to stop working) or if it is a serious health and safety issue connected with the building, we cannot invest in anything further at this stage.
Alternative parking is available on Lawn Avenue. All customers are reminded not to use the Fitness Station car park for visiting St George's, as you will be subjected to a £20 fine by the Fitness Station management.
