Family Voice/PCC survey

With the support of Peterborough City Council, Family Voice (FVP) is conducting a review, in the form of survey, of short break provision in Peterborough. FVP is encouraging as many parents/carers of children and young people with a special educational need or disability (SEND) as possible to take part. The responses “will directly influence what short breaks are provided in the future.”
You can complete an on-line version of the survey on www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/SBReview2017. Hard copies of the survey will be available at the pool until the end of February.
