Cancellation charges in relation to S17 of Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellations
a. All cancellations by customers more than 24 hours before their session is due to begin will not incur a fee.
b. All cancellations by customers less than 24 hours before their session is due to begin will incur a fee not more than half the price of the booked session, irrespective of the reason given for the cancellation of that service.
c. A cancellation needs to have been provided either by phone or by e-mail prior to the beginning of the customer’s session. All cancellations need to be received by a member of staff before the reduced charge can apply.
d. Cancellations made after the beginning of the customer’s due session will be charged under S2 of this Schedule.
2. Failure to attend with no cancellation
A booked session at the pool which has not been cancelled in advance of the session and is not used will incur the full charge for that session, irrespective of the reason given for that non-use of the session

3. Pool closures/cancellations
a. If the pool has to cancel a customer’s booked session within 24 hours of the start time of that session, the pool may offer that customer the next equivalent session (or one less) free of charge. I.e.:
i. If a booked normal public session is cancelled within 24 hours of its start time by the pool, the customer may be offered another normal public session free of charge.
ii. If a booked public physiotherapy session is cancelled within 24 hours of its start time by the pool, the customer may be offered either another public physiotherapy session free of charge or a normal public session free of charge.
b. If the pool cancels a customer’s booked session in excess of 24 hours of the start time of that session, no free session will be offered.
